FUTURE BUSINESS LEADERS OF AMERICA

Due to a snow day last week our FBLA meeting has been changed to Thursday, December 1, 00, -4 p.m. in the LGI Room. We will have information for new members, the candlelight installation of our officers, and a party. I will provide beverages and cake/doughnuts. Members are encouraged to bring other refreshments to share. Membership dues are $15 and cover your National, State, and Regional dues. Dues must be paid by December 0, 00, in order to compete at Regionals. Practice tests will be handed out next week. If I don't get a chance to drop one off in your mailbox, you will receive it at the meeting. If you haven't told Miss Kocher what events you are interested in or you changed your mind, please let her know which events you are interested in so that copies will be made for you.

If you received this sheet because you stated to a current FBLA officer or member that you want information on FBLA, please attend our meeting. If you know you want to be a member, don't forget your dues and to let Miss Kocher know what event you are interested in competing. I need to have the final decision from everyone on his or her event by Monday, January 6, 00. We will also be deciding the date of our next meeting so that we can start fundraising and raising money for our State Project. Also bring any ideas or contacts with you for speakers or field trips to the December 1th meeting. Additional FBLA information and explanation of the competitive events can be found at www.pafbla.org. Please RSVP to Miss Kocher in Room 41 or drop a note in her mailbox whether you are attending or not attending the meeting on the 1th. Thanks!
